This session is ideal if you feel the need to be supported and encouraged, to regain motivation, to overcome certain difficulties, to regain confidence in your body or to be guided in your slimming and wellness journey.
During this coaching, we work together on your obstacles, your habits, your relationship with your body and food, your daily organization, as well as your mindset.
You leave with a clear strategy, realistic objectives and concrete tools to move forward confidently towards your transformation.
